Escrow Officer
Responsible for preparing closing documents, settlement statements, clearing title requirements and reviewing loan closing documents. Pilar is in charge for all facets of her client’s transactions. 

Pilar is one of the practices most seasoned escrow officers specializing in Buyer to Seller representations, Lender representation, Foreclosures, and Quit Title Actions. Pilar maintains several of the firm’s largest accounts. 

Jose Rodriguez

Post Closing Department
Responsible for closing loans, disbursing loan funds, and reviewing all loan documents for completeness and accuracy. Jose manages the practice’s post closing department.

He developed the firm’s electronic storage system which allows easy access to all closed files. 

Having a military background, he is precise, conscientious, articulate, and possesses excellent communication skills. Jose currently attends FAU where he is furthering his real estate education.
